Founder's Story
Chairman Huang Tzu-Ming, born in Su'ao, Yilan in 1949, overcame childhood polio with remarkable determination. After earning a master's degree in Geotechnical Engineering from AIT in Thailand, he returned to Taiwan to establish AWEC in 1979. Under his leadership and a steadfast commitment to integrity, professionalism, and pragmatism, AWEC has grown into a leading force in Taiwan's geotechnical and construction industry.
